Fat Grafting to Breasts After Implant Removal with Mastopexy

This patient was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts after undergoing breast augmentation with a donut lift. It left her nipples looking very large and her implants were droopy. She desired to have her implants removed and replacement with fat grafting. She underwent removal of the implants and capsulectomy. A lift was performed in order to give her breasts a good appearance and her nipple size was reduced. Following this, the breasts were grafted with approx 400 cc of fat that was harvested from from her waist. The fat was placed to give her breasts a full and round appearance without the use of breast implants.
