This patient desired breast augmentation after children. Her breasts were left deflated and small. She underwent breast augmentation with 450cc implants placed under the muscle. Dr. Costa placed these implants through a small incision placed in a natural crease in the armpit which means she has no visible scar on her breasts. She is seen here 6 weeks after surgery. Her implants have settled nicely to give a great shape and fullness.
