Our Las Vegas office is a modern, brand-new facility that serves as a safe place for Dr. Costa to perform consultations and minor procedures.
Our office is located in the upscale southwest area of Las Vegas, NV. This modern facility has been newly designed to service our clients in and around this area. Complimentary reserved parking is located in front of our office for your convenience. Our reception area features elegant, stylish decor and plenty of seating for you to relax as you await your appointment. Our front office staff will also be happy to help make your visit go smoothly and answer any questions regarding your check-in. We provide three comfortable consultation rooms with 3D imaging technology that allow Dr. Chris Costa to meet with you individually and privately discuss your future goals, cosmetic desires, and current concerns. He will take ample time to review and explain each one of your options without pressuring you. Once the treatment is decided on, we have a space on-site for performing minor cosmetic treatments such as laser skin resurfacing, facial peels, injectables, and other noninvasive procedures. Surgical cases are conveniently performed at a nearby local accredited surgical facility highly equipped to provide all of our advanced operations under Dr. Costa's skilled hand.
At Platinum Plastic Surgery, we sincerely understand your need for privacy and have made every effort to integrate that into your experience. If you have any assiduous needs, please let our staff know and we will do our best to accommodate any special arrangements. If you require discretion, a private entrance and waiting area are available upon request.
Consultation fee
and policy
We invite you to call and schedule a consultation with Dr. Costa during our normal clinic hours on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. If you have last-minute needs for injectables or fillers, call our office and we will do our best to schedule you as soon as possible. In order to respect all our patients' time, we request that you arrive 20 minutes early if this is your first appointment with Dr. Costa in order to complete any necessary paperwork, or five minutes early for returning patients.
The initial cosmetic consult fee with Dr. Costa is $185 and is non-refundable. This ensures that you will have adequate time to meet with Dr. Costa in a non-rushed atmosphere. During your consult Dr. Costa will perform personalized 3D simulations using our advanced imaging technology to generate realistic results from your surgery (when applicable) and discuss your procedure in detail and answer all your questions. The consult fee will be credited towards any surgical procedure you book within 30 days of your consult. We will charge your credit card at the time of booking your appointment. Cancellations and late-reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full consult fee.
