This young woman desired augmentation of her buttocks. She was concerned that she wouldn't have enough fat for fat transfer. Dr. Costa performed hi-def 360 degree liposuction to her abdomen, waist, hips, and back and grafted approximately 1000cc of fat in to each buttock. She also had previously had a child and was unhappy with the stretch marks and loose skin in her abdomen. At the same time as her procedure she underwent a mini-tummy tuck. These are her results at 6 weeks from the procedure. She is very happy with her new shape and fullness.
