This patient had very little fat but still desired contouring to her waist and hips and more in her butt. She underwent BBL procedure with Dr. Costa and a total of 700cc of fat was transferred into each buttock to give her a more full and round back side. Although she is very thin, she is happy with her results because she now has more shape in her clothing.
