This patient was very athletic and fit and was worried she would not have enough fat for a BBL procedure. After meeting with Dr. Costa he assured that some body contouring could be performed and we would still have enough fat for a Brazillian Butt Lift procedure. She underwent 360 liposuction with fat transfer to her buttocks. Approx 1000 cc of fat was transferred to her buttocks to give her a more full shape. She is seen here only 4 weeks out from surgery.
