Patient is 3 months post trans-axillary (no scar) breast augmentation. The patient had asymmetry prior so, we decided on two different implants. Patient has 545 cc on the right breast and 490 cc on the left breast. Patient's scar will continue to lighten up until it is barely visible. Patient looks great!
