This patient had very little breast tissue and was looking for an augmented look that still fit her frame. She underwent breast augmentation with Dr. Costa. She had 490cc smooth round implants placed under the muscle through an infra-mammary approach. Care was taken to give her a good amount of cleavage and shape to her breasts. After the procedure she returned to work after 5 days with minimal discomfort.
