This young woman desired breast augmentation but was worried about scarring after the procedure. She underwent breast augmentation using an incision through the armpit in order to avoid placing a scar on the breast. Smooth round 450cc silicone implants were placed under the muscle to achieve her result. At 6 months after surgery she has excellent shape and is very happy with her results. Best of all, she has NO SCAR ON HER BREAST!
