This patient had a history of keloid and was worried about scarring after surgery with breast augmentation. She underwent a NO SCAR transaxillary endoscopic breast augmentation with Dr. Costa and chose 440 cc smooth silicone implants placed under the muscle. Now she does not have to worry about keloids on her breast. We love her results!
