This patient underwent breast augmentation with 490 cc silicone implants placed under the muscle. The case was challenging because the patient had a constricted breast. Special maneuvers were done during surgery to expand out her breast tissue to allow for the implant. As she continues to heal the implants will have a more round and full size and shape.
