This patient underwent breast augmentation utilizing a transaxillary incision. Her scar is hidden under her armpit which means there is no scar on her breast. Dr. Costa performed breast augmentation by placing 490cc smooth silicone gummy bear implants under the muscle using the under arm incision. she is seen here 2 months out from surgery. Her implants have settled well and she has a full shape.
