This patient was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts and additionally had severe back and neck pain due to the weight of her breasts. She desired a lift and reduction but still wished to have a full round look of her breasts. She underwent breast lift and reduction with Dr. Costa. The result gave her an improved shape to her breasts with removal of a moderate amount of tissue. Most importantly now she feels more comfortable in her body, her cloths fit better, and she is able to exercise more easily.
