This patient was very clear about what she wanted. She wanted her breasts to be more round and lifted, but didn't necessarily want them much larger and she didn't want an implant. After careful discussion Dr. Costa developed a plan with her to perform a lift and add fullness to the breasts using some of her own fat. Fat grafting to the breasts can often only get a modest increase in breast volume, but in the right patients fat grafting can really add a lot to the fullness of the breasts. She is seen here 3 months out with expected 65% fat retention.
