This patient had her implants placed approximately 7 years ago by another plastic surgeon after having kids. Immediately after she developed capsular contracture and asymmetry between the two sides. She came to Platinum Plastic Surgery to see if they could help. Dr. Costa removed the old implants and the remaining capsular scar tissue. He then adjusted and tightened the pocket and placed 560cc smooth round silicone implants. A revision breast lift was also performed to give the nipples better symmetry and correct the sagging breast tissue. 560cc implants
