This patient had breast implants for over 20 years and had developed severe capsular contracture around her implants causing distortion of her breast shape. She came to Dr. Costa desiring removal of her breast implants. She did not want to have breast implants anymore and just wanted smaller lifted breasts. A mastopexy was performed to correct her breast shape after implant removal and complete capsulectomy.
