This patient had old saline implants that were heavy and had stretched out her pocket. She also had rippling which was very distressing. She was left with implants that had lateralized into her armpits. We replaced her hold saline implants and tightened her pocket to have the implants sit in a more medial position. The implants were replaced with more modern form stable silicone implants to reduce rippling.
