Implant Removal And Breast Lift Without Any Implant

This patient had implants for over 20 years and desired to have them removed. We recommended doing a lift at the time of removal because the patients breast tissue had capsular contracture and the shape was asymmetric. She underwent removal of her implants and total capsulectomy with mastopexy to lift the breasts. With a properly performed lift, we were able to use her own tissue to still give her a full look WITHOUT any implants!
