Buccal fat removal was the perfect procedure for this patient. Her results show a slimmer and more defined jawline and less fullness in her cheeks. She is the same weight in each of the photos but her face looks much slimmer after the procedure. Dr. Costa performed this procedure in the office with local anesthesia. It is done in less than an hour and never needs to be redone.
