This patient desired V-line facial slimming for her wide jaw and full cheeks. She under went buccal fat removal with mandibular angle shaving to slim her cheeks and and the width of her mandible. She has no scars on the outside of her face and as seen here has a much slimmer looking face only 4 weeks out after her procedure. (This patient also underwent Asian double-eyelid surgery to open her eyes and give her a more defined crease in her upper lids.
