This patient had a very square jaw and chin and desired a slimming V-line effect to her face. She underwent a combination of my 3 least invasive in-office procedures. She had buccal fat removal, neurotoxin to her masseter muscles, and filler injected into her chin. She is seen here with a much more narrow appearance to her face.
