This patient was very unhappy with her nose, she desired a smoother nasal bridge with reduction of the hump. She wanted refinement and lifting of her tip, and narrowing of the base of her nose. All of this was achieved with open rhinoplasty. Post-op photos are 4 weeks out. Although she still has significant swelling which is standard for this type of surgery, she has already achieved an excellent result. . A Swelling will continue to improve over next 6 months.
