This patient was seeking rhinoplasty procedure with Dr. Costa to improve the shape of her nose. Her main complaint was having a wide and flat nose with no tip definition. The goal of this surgery was to narrow the nose and add some projection to the tip. She underwent rhinoplasty with Dr. Costa who used several cartilage grafts to refine and shape the nose while still maintaining her ethnic heritage. Her result is stunning!
