This patient had previously had a rhinoplasty and was left with a hard bump on the bridge of her nose. The bump was a result of an incorrectly performed osteotomy which resulted in a nasal bone fracture on the top of the nose, also known as a rocker deformity. She also wished for the nose to be made more narrow and tall. She underwent revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Costa. The bump on her nose was corrected and her nose was made to appear more narrow and refined.
