This patient is in her 70s and previously had undergone a facelift surgery several years ago. On facial analysis she was mostly lacking volume. This is a commonly overlooked aspect of facial aging. She underwent surgery to lift her underlying structures and additionally underwent a significant amount of fat grafting to the face in order to regain a youthful appearance.
