This patient presented to Dr. Costa desiring a revision facelift procedure. He had previously had a facelift several years ago and now was bothered by the recurrent loose skin. Dr. Costa recommended fat grafting to his face to restore volume. He is seen here just 3 weeks out from surgery. Although still swollen, he has a more defined neck and jawline and a more youthful appearance.
