This patient was particularly concerned with the fullness in her face and neck. She underwent a mini-face and neck lift in our office with buccal fat removal. Dr. Costa performs these procedures under local anesthesia so patients can remain comfortable without the need to be put completely to sleep. She is seen here 4 weeks after surgery and looks incredible!
