This woman exercises 5 days a week and just wasn't able to get the body that she had been working towards. She had previously had children and was left with bad stretch marks on her abdomen and deflated skin. She went to Dr. Costa who performed an abdominoplasty with rectus plication in order to bring in her abdominal muscles. She also had 360 degree liposuction in order to narrow her figure. She was back in the gym in 3 weeks after surgery.
