This patient had a very crooked nose and had very difficult breathing. Additionally, he was bothered by the shape of his nose and the large hump. He underwent rhinoplasty with Dr. Costa to reduce the hump and straighten the dorsum of the nose. The goal with this surgery is to improve his profile and nose, but not change the look of his ethnic heritage. He is very happy with the results!
