This patient underwent a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) for the loose skin in her abdomen. She had very little fat so no liposuction was performed. Her skin was pulled tight in order to give her a fantastic result of her abdomen and waist. It is very rare that Dr Costa will recommend a tummy tuck without any liposuction, but in the right patient, they will still have a great result.
