This beautiful patient is a model who has excellent facial features but was bothered by her small nose which she felt did not fit her face. On exam she had a bulbous tip and amorphous dorsal aesthetic lines. She underwent filler placement to refine her nose shape and define the tip and dorsum. The overall appearance is incredible! She also underwent filler treatment for deepening nasolabial folds and neurotoxin treatment to her forehead.
