This patient had previously undergone rhinoplasty with another surgeon in Beverly Hills. She was left with a notch on the left nostril and poorly defined nasal features. The previous surgeon had placed a silicone implant. She underwent revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Costa who removed the silicone implant and replaced it using rib cartilage graft which is more natural. Dr. Costa also corrected her asymmetry and the deformity of the nose. She is very happy with her results.
