This patient had trauma to his nose which caused his nose to be crooked and made it impossible for him to breath out of his left nostril. He underwent reconstructive rhinoplasty with Dr. Costa to treat his deformity and correct his breathing. The majority of his septum was fractured and unusable, Dr. Costa used rib cartilage graft to help add structure and support to his nose.
