This patients primary concern was a wide nose and a hump on the dorsum of her nose. She also was unhappy with the tip of her nose which appeared droopy and wide. She underwent primary rhinoplasty procedure with Dr. Costa to smooth out the hump and narrow the tip. She is very happy that she has a natural result and doesn't look overdone or fake. She is only 6 weeks out from her procedure in these photos and her swelling will continue to improve.
