This patient was bothered by the appearance of her nose for her entire life. She was bothered by the hump and long appearance of her nose. She underwent rhinoplasty with Dr. Costa to remove the hump and smooth the nose. Dr. Costa also shortened her nose tip while narrowing the mid-vault and tip of the nose.
