This patient had loose skin around her entire body that was bothering her. Despite being very thin, she had excess loose skin around her abdomen, back, and thighs. She was mostly bothered by the loose skin behind her buttocks. She underwent a tummy tuck with lower body lift to remove the loose skin and improve her contour. She now has a flattering silhouette and feels more confident in her cloths.
