This patients primary complaint was a wide and flat nose. she has no dorsum (bridge) on her nose which had always bothered her. She underwent rhinoplasty with diced cartilage fascia graft to narrow her nose and also augment her dorsum to give her a smooth, straight, and refined bridge to her nose. Additional grafts were used from her own cartilage in order to add structure and support to her nose and give her a long lasting result.
