This result is just at 3 weeks out from surgery and she is already looking fantastic. This woman had a history of breast implants placed over 10 years ago. After having kids her breast tissue had changed and dropped over her implants. Her implants had also lateralized and no longer gave a "full" look. We replaced her implants with 425cc round smooth implants and performed work on the internal pocket to medialize and lift the implants to the ideal position on the chest to give her upper breast pole fullness. A lift was performed to bring the breast tissue back to an ideal position.
