This patient was unhappy with her breasts after having children. She had lost a lot of the fullness that she had in her breasts when she was younger and desired a larger bust and something that better fit her figure. She underwent breast augmentation with smooth round silicone implants (440cc) and a breast lift (mastopexy). She is pictured here just 6 weeks out from her surgery and very happy with her results.
