This athletic female desired to enhance her breast volume after breast feeding and pregnancy left her breasts deflated and flattened. She is somewhat tall and never felt like her breasts matched the rest of her body. She came to Dr. Costa for consultation who recommended breast augmentation with placement of an internal support bra mesh (GalaForm 3D). Her tissues were not very strong and the purpose of the mesh was to support her implants and help to prevent any future complications. Using 3D simulation planning, she chose 490cc smooth round silicone implants for placement under the muscle. These results are at 5 weeks after surgery. Her implants are settling nicely and have given her a full and natural shape that she has always desired.
