This patient had 300cc implants placed over 10 years ago. She is very much into fitness and bikini competition and felt that it was time to replace her implants as the were sitting far apart on her chest and didnt give the "wow" look she was going for. Dr. Costa removed her old implants and performed complete capsulectomy and moved her pocket from in front of the muscle to behind the muscle. Her old saline implants were replaced with 490cc smooth round high profile silicone implants.
