This patient had dramatic ptosis (drooping) of her breasts and significant asymmetry between the two sides. Dr. Costa performed a breast lift (mastopexy) with reshaping and a mild reduction to give her a dramatically improved result. No implant was used for this surgery. She now has more self-confidence, fits in her cloths better, and has less back and neck pain.
