Breast Revision After Previous Augmentation to Lift the Breasts

This patient had previously underwent breast augmentation with a periareolar mastopexy (nipple incision). She was very dissatisfied with her results as her breasts appeared disproportionate and sat very low. She visited our office where a plan was developed to undergo revision of her breasts with plans to remove and replace her implants and lift her breasts. Given her previous issues, Dr. Costa placed an internal support bra, called Galaflex, in order to help support and lift the breasts to keep them in their desired position.
